We believe that ethical business can be impactful at every stage, from harvesting raw materials to the hands and home of a product's final destination. how do i use my gift card / coupon code online?
Gift Cards All of our gift cards can be redeemed online. During checkout there will be an option to use a gift card, simply click and enter the numbers on the back of your gift card into the corresponding box. This will apply the gift card amount to your order, and you will be able to see it. Coupon Codes We regularly offer coupon codes for sales, exclusive offers, and promotion. Similarly to a gift card there will be an option during checkout to use a coupon code; simply enter the coupon code -for example "SAVE" into the corresponding box. This will apply the discount to all eligible items, and display your savings.

What are e-gift cards
E-gift cards are a great solution to these current times, and are simple and easy to use! When you purchase an e-gift card for someone, simply enter the recipient's email address and the gift card will be sent to them upon purchase. You will receive a confirmation email and receipt for the e-gift card. To use an e-gift card, there will be an option at checkout to add a gift card. Simply input the numbers from the e-gift card into the corresponding box and the gift card amount will be applied to your order.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY
On purchases made from November 5 until December 31, we will be offering exchange or store credit only. These exchanges will not be possible until January 7. We will then accept exchanges or offer store credits until Jan 31 on any products purchased between November 5 and Dec 31. Customers will be responsible for return shipping costs on items that need to be exchanged or returned for credit. For sanitary and safety reasons, no health and beauty products or reusable face masks may be returned if they are opened. Items may be exchanged or returned for store credit if they still have their tags, and are in their original condition.

If you live in the Lower Mainland (Langley, Surrey, South Surrey, Delta, Burnaby, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows) you can select "pickup" at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a time for delivery.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED, DELIVERED OR AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP?
**Updated Holiday Information**
Delivery We are now offering delivery to local customers on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 3pm and 8pm. Starting in December we will also offer delivery on Saturdays between 10am and 3pm. To choose delivery, please select "pickup" at checkout. Our website platform doesn't currently allow us an option to collect addresses when the pickup option is chosen, so please leave your address and preference of day (as well as any delivery instructions) in a note at checkout. We will then confirm delivery date and time with you.
Urgent Orders As a small business, our customers are incredibly important to us. We want to make your holiday shopping experience as easy as possible, so we want to be able to accommodate rush orders. If you are in need of your order within 24 hours, send us an email prior to placing your order and we will respond immediately to confirm that we can pick and deliver your order within that time frame.
Shipping We ship Monday to Friday, and we will ship your order within 24 hours. We will not be shipping on the weekend, so orders made Friday to Sunday will not be shipped until Monday. We offer expedited shipping with Canada post. If you require a quicker shipping method, please contact us prior to ordering with your desired shipping method and we will confirm with you.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping costs dependent on which province or region being shipped to. We offer free shipping withing B.C. on orders over $75 CAD. B.C. -$5 All other Provinces -$10 U.S.A. -$12 International -$15
