How quickly am i able to place an order once i apply to become a wholesale partner?
Along with your approval, we will send you info about setting up an account. As soon as your account is set up, you will be able to order from our website!
Do you have a catalog?
Yes! We want to collaborate and cross promote on website content and social media. Contact us if you would like us to send you media content.
What are your minimums for ordering?
We have a minimum of $200 for first time orders, with the option of seasonal reorder minimums of $150
How long will it take for me to receive my wholesale order?
Once the order is placed and is paid for in full, we will ship your order. Shipping times vary depending on where the order is being shipped to; we ship from Surrey, BC. Once the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the shipment's tracking information. For faster shipping, please send us an email before placing the order to confirm.
Pickup for wholesale orders is also available. Once an order is placed, we will contact you to confirm a pickup time.
What is the cost of shipping?
We charge a standard flat rate of $20 for shipping wholesale orders. Additional shipping costs apply for faster shipping options.
Am i able to place an order through email instead of through the website?
Yes. If you would prefer, you can send us an email with the products you would like and we will send you an invoice.
